Obstetrical & Gynecological nursing is a specialty of caring of mothers during ante- partum, childbirth and post-partum period. To have healthy baby, it is important to promote the health of the mothers and their families from the time before childbirth. Therefore, the department believes in teaching and training the students to become competent and practice as an independent nurse midwife.
